Rabbi David Levinsky dedicated new Torah covers at Shabbat services at The New Reform Temple on Friday, May 1. 

On Monday, May 4, the HBHA community gathered in The J social hall to celebrate the retirements of Carol Pfau and Kelly Reichman, marking the close of two extraordinary careers that have shaped countless students and families.

Jewish Federation of Kansas City is seeking candidates for its development officer position. This position is best suited for someone who is a natural relationship builder and is passionate about building and sustaining the Jewish community. 

Baker University Religion Professor Nick Pumphrey will speak to the Jewish Unforgettable Ladies Interested in Eating Together (JULIETs) about the major religions represented in the Kansas City area and how they arrived there.

Hadassah Greater Kansas City has announced a celebratory luncheon, “A Lifetime of Light,” to honor the enduring contributions of two pillars of the community, Marian Kaplan and Rita Shapiro.
