Two volunteer opportunities for maintaining Mt. Carmel Cemetery, overseen by Congregation Beth Shalom, will take place in the coming weeks.
On Sunday, Nov. 5 and Sunday, Dec. 10, from 12 to 2 p.m., volunteers will come to the cemetery (5529 Ditzler Rd., Raytown, MO 64133) and help paint, clean, weed, rake and more. The goal is to maintain and beautify the grounds.
These opportunities work for groups or individuals wanting to earn community service credits.
