Through its two location, the Jewish Family Services (JFS) food pantry is providing monthly food support to more than 900 families — double the number served since the pandemic began.

JFS needs the support of the community to keep pantry shelves stocked. During February, help “spread the love” by organizing a food drive to collect  peanut butter, almond and other nut butters, Nutella, jelly and other spreadables. Coordinate a drive at your workplace, in your neighborhood, through your school or club — JFS has all the tools to help you make your drive safe AND successful! JFS will drop off barrels or totes for your collection. Customized materials including fliers, email templates, and online resources are also available to help promote your drive.

Once you have collected the spreadables, schedule a pick-up with JFS or bring them by one of JFS two pantry locations (at The Jewish Community Campus or Brookside East) for the big “weigh-in” and see the impact you make!
