Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City invites the Jewish community to its 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13.

During extraordinary times, it is more important than ever to find connection as a community. This year’s annual meeting will celebrate our community’s accomplishments and showcase how our Kansas City Jewish community is “Here, Together.”

During the meeting, Federation will honor outgoing board members, including outgoing Board Chair Mike Abrams and outgoing Women’s Philanthropy Board Chair Barb Wright. They will also welcome incoming board members, including incoming Board Chair Amanda Morgan and incoming Women’s Philanthropy Board Chair Amy Shapiro.

The annual meeting will honor Larry Silver as the winner of the Dan Fingersh Young Leadership Award, as well as recognize Jewish educators and community programs in Kansas City.

Co-chairs for the event are Barbie Rogoff and Paul Himmelstein. The planning committee also includes volunteers Roberta Goller, Hadas Moshonov-Cohavi and Greyson Rubin, and Federation staff Mimsy Tallent and Laurie Goldstein.
