Fraida Tiechtel, daughter of Rabbi Zalman and Nechama Tiechtel of Lawrence, Kansas, was born on Dec. 12.
She is the granddaughter of Rabbi Shlomo and Shana Tiechtel of Brooklyn, New York, and Rabbi Sender and Chana Kagan of North Miami Beach, Florida.
