Benjamin Clayman and Brandy Clayman announce the Bat Mitzvah of their daughter, Jada, at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Congregation Ohev Sholom.
Jada is the granddaughter of Lois and Alvin Clayman of Overland Park, Kansas, and Gayle and Randy Heirling of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is the great granddaughter of Anne & Al Deutch and Fannye and Benjamin Clayman, all of blessed memory.
Jada’s love of animals was the reason she chose her mitzvah project, fostering and taking care of puppies. She saved them from euthanasia and was responsible for many puppy adoptions. Jada has been a lover of sports since she was a small child and is now engaged in playing volleyball. She also loves boating and waterskiing.
Relatives and friends are invited to worship and participate in the Havdalah services.
