Allen D. Agron, of Leawood, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, at Menorah Medical Center with his wife at his side. Private funeral services were held on Friday, Nov. 6, with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Dorothy Mondschein of Overland Park passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at Park Meadows Assisted Living. Funeral services were held graveside on Nov. 8, 2020, at the Kehilath Israel Blue Ridge Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.

Phyllis D. Hurst, 94, of Overland Park, passed away peacefully on Oct. 13, 2020, at Village Shalom, Continuing Care Facility.

Mel Pheffer passed away Oct. 19, 2020, surrounded by his loving family and his well-loved dogs, Murphy and Hogan.

Molly Ruth Proffer (née Magilow) passed away on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020, at 6:25 a.m. at the family home.

Edward “Eddie” Stanton Rose, 89, of Leawood, passed away peacefully on Oct. 26, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Private graveside services will be held at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Sonya Marlene Simon, devoted wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2020. She is survived by her beloved husband, Sanford Simon, M.D. Sonya was born in Wichita, Kansas, to Beatrice and Milton Zelinkoff. She had a twin sister, Sandra Rosenblum, who predeceased her.
