Lorraine Hersh, 93, of Overland Park, Kansas, peacefully passed away on April 24.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 2, at Rose Hill Cemetery.

She was born Aug. 9, 1931, to Sam and Anna Lewis in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Central High School. Lorraine met Eugene Hersh at the Jewish Community Center, and they were married in June of 1951.
Lorraine’s positive nature meant that she never met a stranger and quickly bonded with those around her. She will be missed by the many people she touched.
She was a member of The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, enjoyed bowling and was a member of several mahjongg groups. She loved to travel and took many vacations with her husband, family and friends.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Randie and Rodney Fager, and grandson, Ryan Fager, and his wife, Sara Colvin.
