Mina Tiechtel and Yisroel Gurary were married on May 27 at the Cutler Family Chabad Center for Jewish Life at KU in Lawrence, Kansas.
The bride is the eldest daughter of Rabbi Zalman and Nechama Tiechtel of Lawrence and the granddaughter of Rabbi Shlomo and Shana Tiechtel of Brooklyn, New York, and Rabbi Sender and Chana Kagan of Miami, Florida.
The groom is the son of Rabbi Avraham and Dini Gurary of Montreal, Canada, and the grandson of Rabbi Chaim B. and Mindy (z”l) Halberstam of Brooklyn and Rabbi Yitzchok Meir and Chana Gurary of Montreal.
The wedding reception was held at the Hilton Doubletree in Lawrence. The couple now reside in Brooklyn.
