Born in Brooklyn, New York, Bob made his way to Kansas City as a young boy, attended Central High School, graduated from UMKC Law School, and practiced law for more than 65 years. Bob and his wife, Kathy, are proud parents of four children and three grandsons. Bob remains active in the local community, at the Jewish Community Center and The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah. He enjoys horse racing, traveling, collecting antiques, and attending Royals and Chiefs games.
