James Edward “Jim” Cohen, 62, of Leawood passed away Dec. 13, 2019. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019, at the Louis Memorial Chapel, followed by interment at Kehilath Israel Blue Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or American Cancer Society.
Jim was born May 31, 1957, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Gerald and Zelda Cohen. He is survived by his mother Zelda Cohen; son, William (Bethany) Kelly; brother, Ken (Joy) Cohen; sister,Susan Fisher; and two grandchildren. Jim will be remembered for his love of classic rock, Coca Cola and his loving family.
