Nominations are now being accepted to identify Kansas City’s future Jewish leaders through 18 under 40, an initiative of Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City. Jewish Federation is seeking nominations for innovative business professionals, academic thought leaders, community activists and thoughtful philanthropists who identify as Jewish and are between the ages of 21 and 39.

“We’re asking for your help in identifying and spotlighting young Jews doing big things in Kansas City,” says Andrew Cotlar, development associate with Jewish Federation. “From thriving and innovative business professionals, to community leaders making an impact, we want to focus on the successes happening every day in Kansas City. By cultivating the next generation of leaders, we continue to execute on our mission of enhancing and sustaining Jewish life at home and around the world.”

Nominations for 18 under 40 are now being accepted through March 1. Once individuals are selected, Jewish Federation will host a special event honoring the first cohort of 18 under 40 finalists.

To nominate an individual for the 2016 18 under 40, go to www.jewishkansascity.org, or contact Andrew Cotlar at and or 913-327-8112. The nomination deadline is March 1.
