Ronnie Belzer, formerly of Kansas City, passed away in Kfar Saba, Israel, on May 18, 2016.

He had been living in Israel, where he had taught English to all ages, since August 1969. Ronnie was an active member and founder of the Young Israel Synagogue in Petach Tikva. He inspired many people to live a more religious life and give their children a religious education. He was well known and loved for his friendly personality and willingness to help others.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Belzer, his son, Micha Belzer, and two daughters; Shira Albeck and Aliza Schechter. Not only was he privileged to enjoy nine grandchildren and attend six of their weddings, he was able to enjoy playing with his 12 great-grandchildren.
