Joyce D. Jacobowitz, 86, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 11, at The Louis Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Dearborn Animal Clinic, 6100 Johnson Drive, Overland Park, KS 66202 or Jewish Family Services.
Mrs. Jacobowitz was born in Kansas City, Missouri, was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Paseo High School. {mprestriction ids="1,3"}She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Jacobowitz.
Mrs. Jacobowitz is survived by her daughter: Marcy Jacobowitz; son: Jay Jacobowitz; grandson: Brian; granddaughter: Stephanie; and six great-grandchildren. She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by all.
