Herbert Siegel passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Beloved father, friend, dentist, horseman, sailor, skier, musician and pilot. Herbert Siegel was so many things in his life. He was compassionate, generous and his selfless nature touched an unbelievable breadth. 

 

He was a highly-skilled dentist of 40 years, and maintained a passion for helping others and improving the lives of all who knew him with each and every day. {mprestriction ids="1,3"}He had a thirst for knowledge and taught himself music, languages and excelled at all he endeavored. He loved and gave to others with all of his heart. He was a rock, and had a strength, wisdom and the ability to inspire happiness to all who knew him. He made the world a better place for others every day of his life. The light he gave will be loved and missed for all time. Herbert was preceded in death by his son, Adam Siegel, and his mother, Dorothy Siegel.

He is survived by his daughter, father, brother and sister, Lisa, Arnold, Steven (Amy), Susan Siegel, and dearest one Mary Kay.  

Funeral services were held April 3 at The Louis Memorial Chapel; burial followed at Sheffield Cemetery. Donations are encouraged to Hope Faith or Congregation Beth Torah.
