Marcia and Edwin Soltz of Overland Park, Kansas, announce the engagement of their son, Scott Soltz to Melanie Mirowitz, daughter of Jacqueline Herzog of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Scott Mirowitz of Chicago, Illinois.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Helene Mirowitz of St. Louis, Missouri, and the late Carl Mirowitz; Carol Sherman of West Palm Beach, Florida, and the late Herbert Sherman; and Richard and Phyllis Finger of Hollywood, Florida. {mprestriction ids="1,3"}She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public communication from American University in Washington, D.C., and is currently employed as a digital marketing campaign specialist at DEG in Overland Park.
The future groom is the grandson of Golda Mayer of Leawood, Kansas, and the late Ernest Mayer, and the late Frank and Leona Soltz of Kansas City, Missouri.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. He is employed as a proposal manager for SPX in Overland Park.
