Lynne and David Bock announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Rose Bock, to Joshua Aaron Lewis, son of Sheryl and Jim Lewis of Deerfield, Ill.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Maxine Grossman and the late Gale Grossman and the late Sandy and Joel Bock. She attended the University of Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition. She is a registered dietician. She also received a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University and is currently employed as a consultant at Net Impact Strategies in Washington, D.C.
The future groom is the grandson of Rosalyn and David Burnstein and Joyce Lewis and the late Jordan Lewis. He attended Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. He is currently attending Georgetown University and is a juris doctorate candidate at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
An August wedding in Kansas City is planned. The couple will make their home in Washington, D.C.
