The Jewish Broadcasting Service (JBS), a 24/7 Jewish television channel, has announced that its programming designed for Jewish connection and information is now available to all Spectrum viewers in the Kansas City area and nationwide.

Spectrum customers in Kansas City can watch JBS on channel 219 on Spectrum’s Entertainment View package.

All Spectrum customers in the country now can watch regular Shabbat and holiday services in closed captioning, Jewish films, talks from the 92NY, and daily news from Israel and the JBS News Desk.

JBS is not a religious channel, and does not represent any specific movement or organization in the Jewish community. Rather, JBS is modeled on the philosophy of its founder and president, the late Mark S. Golub (z”l), whose mission was “expanding Jewish understanding and celebrating all things Jewish” through expansive and inclusive cultural programming.

Those interested can visit jbstv.org for the locations and channel numbers in their area.
