NEXDINE, a dining, hospitality, and facilities management company, was selected to be the new dining services provider for Village Shalom.
After an extensive proposal review process, NEXDINE was chosen due to the organization’s values aligning with those of Village Shalom, as well as their food and culinary commitments. NEXDINE and Village Shalom will work to develop a customized program to meet the community’s needs and values.
“We expect NEXDINE to bring a wide range of improvements to the community with the addition of Chai Dining (their exclusive Jewish lifestyle brand), local partnerships, micro-farms, LIVEFORWARD, their wellness program, and technological enhancements,” said Jamie Paredes, COO of Village Shalom. “The expansion of Halal, Kosher, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets in the dining program also are anticipated.”
NEXDINE’s Chai Dining program provides kosher, traditional foods for senior living communities.
