Hazel Metcalf, daughter of Chad and Adrianne Metcalf, will become a bat mitzvah on Saturday, April 6, at Congregation Beth Torah.
Hazel’s grandparents are Andy and Jaine Merliss of Sedona, Arizona; Mark and Lori Graham of Lincoln, Nebraska; and Doug and Cathy Metcalf of Olathe, Kansas. She has one sibling, Kiersten.
Some of Hazel’s passions include dance, cross country, orchestra, crafting, Girl Scouts and spending time with friends.
For her mitzvah project, Hazel is collecting donations for the KC Pet Project.
