Ari Berger Natenberg, son of Reena Berger Natenberg and Todd Natenberg, will become a bar mitzvah on Saturday, Dec. 9, at The Shul — Chabad of Leawood.
Ari’s grandparents are the late Anita and Ben Berger of Montreal, Canada; and Cherie Natenberg and the late T. Paul Natenberg of Highland Park, Illinois. He and his twin brother, Teddy, will have their b’nai mitzvah together.
Some of Ari’s passions are sports, especially baseball and basketball. He is currently a AAA pitcher for the Mac-N-Seitz Baseball Club. Ari also enjoys art and playing alto saxophone in the band at Prairie Star Middle School.
For his mitzvah project, Ari participated in tikkun olam, cleaning up parks in the Kansas City area with the L.E.A.D Camp.
