Melisa Glasberg and Joseph Van Buskirk were married Sunday, Aug. 23, at Elk Cove Vineyards, Gaston, Ore., with Rabbi Elizabeth Dunsker officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Barbara and Barry Glasberg of Leawood and the granddaughter of the late Ray and Henry Maslansky and the late Constance and Louis Glasberg.
The groom is the son of Nina and Ralph Martinez of San Diego and Thomas and Cindi Van Buskirk of Tucson, Ariz., and the grandson of Sidney and Gloria Lewon of Menlo Park, Calif., the late Leah Lewon and the late Helen and Wallace Van Buskirk.
The maid of honor was Dawn Gale of Prairie Village. Bridal attendants were Rachel Norris of Los Angeles and Claire Sullivan of Portland, Ore.
The best man was Benjamin Van Buskirk of Honolulu. Groom’s attendants were Greg Campbell of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Dewayne Dickerson of Oakland, Calif.
The flower girl was Nina McNay of Prairie Village and the ring bearer was William Van Buskirk of Honolulu.
After a honeymoon traveling around Turkey, the couple reside in Beaverton, Ore. |
