Funeral services were to be held at The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, on Wednesday, July 11, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Contributions should be made to The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah, Congregation Beth Israel Abraham and Voliner or Kansas City Hospice House. Carol was born March 29, 1936, in Kansas City. She was a member of both The Temple, Congregation B’nai Jehudah and BIAV. She was formerly a member of Oakwood and Meadowbrook country Clubs. She was also a member of many charitable and social clubs. Carol is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Leonard; children, Norman and Adina Glass, David Glass, Allen Glass and his friend Donna Dalton, Bramford Glass and his friend Tina Hayes; her grandchildren, Sara, Courtney, Adam, Netanel and Asher; and her sister-in-law, Helen Coppaken. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Abe and Flo Peltzman, and her brother, Sandy Peltzman. Carol and Leonard started and owned Arrow Auto Parts. They also owned Arrow Speed Warehouse, A-Z Office Supply, Carol’s Gifts and Chicadees Trophys and Engraving. Carol adored her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. She touched many lives with her wonderful smile, which would brighten a room.
