Phillip and Judith Samuels of Buffalo Grove, Ill., announce the Bar Mitzvah of their son, Avi Matthew Samuels, on Sunday, Dec. 13, at Congregation Beth Judea in Long Grove, Ill. Avi is the grandson of Leona Molotsky and the late Dr. Hyman Molotsky and Joseph and Inez Samuels of Chicago. He is the great-grandson of Abraham and Bertha Molotsky of Winnipeg, Ontario, Canada.
