IDF chief education officer visits KC

Nehemia Dagan, the Israel Defense Forces’ chief education officer, visited Kansas City Sept. 3 to share his thoughts on war, the Israel-Palestinian conflict and U.S.-Israel relations.

Dagan met with a group of young Jewish leaders as well as the staff of the Jewish Federation during his one-day visit.

He came on behalf of Isram World of Travel, which organizes missions to Israel. Dagan is also a co-founder of Otzma, a 10-month program for U.S. college students to intern and study in Israel.
