Goodbinder-Kroll Engagement

Patti Kroll of Overland Park announces the engagement of her daughter, Darcy Kroll, to Jay Goodbinder, son of Charles and Susan Goodbinder of Overland Park.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Allan and Betty Lasser and the late Norman and Victoria Kroll. She attended the University of Kansas and Johnson County Community College, earning degrees in psychology and culinary arts. She is currently employed at Heritage Center and Congregation Beth Shalom.

The future groom is the grandson of Toby Simon and the late Melvin Simon and the late Mary and Earl Goodbinder. He attended the University of Kansas, earning a degree in community health. He is currently a student at Cleveland Chiropractic College.

A Nov. 1 wedding is planned at Congregation Beth Shalom.
